Launched at Cathedral park/St. Johns, 7 am. fished up to Swan island basin, then jumped spot to spot all the way to the mouth of the Multinoma channel. Fished just above 2 guides for an hour and a half. Saw them land 1 keeper and a few shakers( the guide boats were just above the St. Johns bridge, on the Cathedral park side). 4 boats in that row. Saw 1 oversized caught. Move to the Toyota hole with 50-75 other boats. Shakers....3-4. Went all the way to Kelly point. Windy, rough, muddy, etc. 5-6 boats scattered, not in the deep hole, just scattered. Fished off the corner of Sauvie Island for an hour. The little "bathtub " below us kept bailing every 15 minutes. They had a keeper tied to the boat. Watched them land 2-3 shakers. Finally went back up to St. Johns Bridge, Hwy 30 side, til it was rainin so hard, we quit. That was around 6 pm. 12-13 fish. Biggest was 36 inches. Guess we werent in the right place at the right time... definitely want to go again. 100$ to fill the Durango, 25$ to top off the boat. 35$ for bait.....fishing for sturgeon on the "Willy".....PRICELESS !

Good day on the water.

Mostly the same story for saturday. Better weather was the only change :D. Fished the first half of the day for 7 shakers, 3 over 30". The rest were 20"-30". didn't see any keepers caught and just a few very small shakers caught from the other boats.

You guys should try upriver by the oregon city bridge. I've seen keeper after keeper caught there and lot's more rolling especially directly above and under the bridge

nice work man
