Its still pretty early for winters right now. They are pretty spread out.

used to ketch 15 inchers in the columbia at the trout hole has been a few years since i went though

where ever it was he was talking about, if it was a couple hours after he posted, it was too dark to fish anyways, of course he didn't ask about a certain species so who knows?

Too many I-5 bridges for me to answer. and the willamet basically follows I-5 up to the columbia so you guess is as good as mine....
