The road to horseshoe lake...
I called the Ranger Station a few minutes ago and was told it just opened up! They had no idea what the condition was but I hope it wasn't much worse than last year!

Oh I havent been to that one or about 80 other lakes up there but Im sure the snow is gone there wasn't even any on Olallie Butte.

dude you gotta go to horseshoe... its like a mile past monon on 4220..... awesome lake.. the backside is the ticket! it is hands down the best campground around olallie w/out hiking in to a lake...
