Hey all!

I'm mostly a saltwater guy now. Went to the chicken ranch last week. We caught loads of giant canary rock fish and of course some good eater sized halibut. The Ranch is not a secret spot and if anybody needs numbers just message me.

Water is warming up and tuna should be kicking of any day. Chlorophyl pushed back out but any day now everything will line up.

Tight Lines

Nice report! Glad to see you still at it.

It's been quite a while since I've made that run out to the chicken ranch. On halibut openers that place could get busy do to it's productivity.
looks like it was a productive trip for your boat. Nice load of fish and I bet the filet knife got a work out. Newport has always been a good bottom fishing port including inshore halibut. The "fingers" about 8 mile out has put a lot of halibut on the table for folks.

Good to see you post up again @troutmasta. Looks like you had a great day!

Tight Lines!

Salmon out of Winchester as been unbelievable, best in years. I have friends just killing them when they get out. Me I have been taking my daughter to stock shows to show her lambs, so my boat has been high and dry. The good news is that is about done so when we get another good weekend I will be on my way over to kill the bite for all.

That looks like some awesome fishing!!
