The wife and I hit hagg Friday and Saturday. We caught and released 18 on Friday and 13 Saturday. They've been hitting floating nightcrawlers more than anything.

We were floating them with about a 2-3 foot leader off the bottom.

Congrats on some good days! I was out there on the 19th as well and the fishing and weather sure were great.
I bet soon you will be catching smallmouth mixed in with those trout if you are floating crawlers off the bottom.

That is a nice smallmouth. I am hoping that my son gets more interested in fishing for bass this year. Last year he mostly wanted to fish for perch.
