Grandson on fly rod

Went Trillium Lake Friday with my seven year old Grandson and he landed his first fish ever. At the end of the day it was his first limit ever and it was on a fly rod. It was a riot he must have missed a hundred fish but he stuck with it and had a ball. I was on the oars all day moving the boat. He was dragging a green wooly bugger that he helped me tie up a few days earlier. What a great spot to take young kids fishing.

Great to see a kid who is interested in more than Video games.
