Fly fishing creeks?

Does anyone know good creeks to fly fish in oregon 1 hr or 45 mins away from albany/lebanon?

To the east:

Quartzville Creek. I believe that it's open year round; but be sure to check the reg's.
Upper Calapooia River, above the Holley area (if you can find public land).

To the west (but a tad further perhaps):

Luckiamute River, in the Kings Valley / PeeDee area.
Rickreall Creek, around and below Dallas.
