there are some HUGE trout in Hagg. My wife had on of these and got it to the boat before it broke loose last year. Would be considered steel in most any other lake...

They dump excess steelhead fingerlings.
I dont think it was 20 lbs... all the brooders that come out like max out at 12... :think: That would be shocking though.
