I have tried many times and still I haven't caught anything at blue lake. any suggestions? I am after trout.

if you do catch anything in Blue Lake DON'T Eat IT! I've heard bad things about the water quality. Try the Sandy R. or the Clackamas above North Fork Dam. Check the ODFW stocking schedule. There's clean water trout all over the state.

I caught two limits on Blue Lake last week and, from the looks of it, was out there at the same time as you. I was up on the pier though. Problem is, looks like you got yours a whole heck of a lot faster than I did. If I see you catching them like that again, I'll be sure to come say hello (and start fishing next to you).

sweet you got your limit. I tell the fish or slow down next time so you can say hi. lol But yes say hi next time.
