Man I tried just about everything I had but I'm fishing off the bank. Yeah the weeds are really bad today combine that with the cotton on top of the water and its extra hard to get some good casting in.

About two years ago I was fishing the little pond on the south side of Beltline on Northwest Expressway and caught a 14-15" bass. It was probably a good 1.5# to 2# but thats the only one I ever caught. I did also catch some mud cat out there on worms at dusk.
