Got mine ordered up. Looks like there are still a decent amount of errors on the site. I wasn't able to get any waterfowl endorsements, so I'll have to go back in for that.
It seems as though despite going into a new year, ODFW is up to their same garbage service. The website is a certifiable dumpster fire. You figure since they're not doing well in the hatchery game, they would at least have some shiny new tech to show us for all of our "investments."
Great question. From what I've been reading, there is some action on the Clackamas but it's slow going. I feel like there is more catching reported at Oxbow vs lower in the Sandy. The general conciseness seems to be that the bite is slow this year compared to last. They were definitely...
Drifted from Dabney to L&C this morning/afternoon. Very slow. One native Jack. Talked to a bunch of bank anglers & one other drift duo seems about 7ish Jacks retained & 1 chinook. Hoping this rain pushed them into the river.
Hi all,
I just watched a YouTube video of a guide in a personal boat (with friend & neighbor) fishing right before the Bonneville Dam & noticed they retained a couple of Chinook that weren't fin clipped. Am I missing something here? I thought retention of those were illegal. Only thing I can...
Was out on the Sandy this morning. Lots of anglers, no action from anyone. Saw people drifting & spinning. There was about 1 ft of viz & water levels were up about 1-2 feet overall. B10 is doing well, when can we expect those fatties up here?
