    Trillium Lake ice fishing

I'd seen posted on here before reports of ice fishing at Trillium Lake, which doesn't sound like it's been a super popular place in the past. Probably because it's one of the few options near Portland, and also because there's a 2+ mile hike in, with 50 million other people sharing the trail...

    Going to Lost Lake

Well, no luck on the steelhead. I couldn't get my hands on any live sandshrimp, so I was using coon tails I bought at the sporting goods store, pickled in a bottle. I saw one or two jump when I first got there, but nary a nibble on that shrimp. However, my kids had lots of fun reeling in the...

    No love for Trillium

They must have just updated the Willamette schedule today, even though on the site it still says it was last updated 1/3/14. Nice work! Looks like they're putting a lot of fish in there this year. Time to schedule my yearly trip.

    No love for Trillium

In past years, hasn't the stocking schedule for Trillium been listed under the Willamette region? Also, does anyone have a copy of the 2013 schedule to refer to? Seems like ODFW doesn't leave a copy of last years schedule once 2014 comes up.

    Lost Lake stocking

It was stocked but I don't know if the road is clear up to the lake. Anyone know? I'm thinking about going tomorrow if the road is accessible.

    2014 Trout stocking just updated

So I noticed a lot of lakes are missing from this schedule- i.e. Trillium and others. Do they usually update this in the coming months?

    First time!!!

I went up at the beginning of this week (July 2-4th). We had a blast. Caught four in about 45 minutes the first day, then it was rainy all night and cold and wet all next day but the fish were crazy. I couldn't cast in without getting a bite. Probably caught 30 fish in a couple of hours...
