it is not ODFWs job anymore . the law enforcement end of their job was handed over to the OSP . i do see OSP at a few of the upper holes , but not often enough . if ODFW personnel see violators , they can call OSP and report violations , but not detain violators .

Small price to pay for this much fun . I fish 2-3 days a week . that breaks down to about 55 cents a day . i aint complainin . my property taxes went up MUCH MORE than the cost of a license and tag . That i complain about ! !

these people that had this lodge in canada we used to go to , had a daughter . we had trouble catchin big kanook rainbows . she gave us each a couple bottle cap spoons and we did pretty damm good that day . they were made different . she fiattened them out and made them more like a salmon wobbler .

I got the stuff you pour into the gas tank . Filled up the 6 gallon portable tank , did the pre mix , poured in a can of seafoam<to 6 gallon specs>, ripped ass up and down the river till it was empty , and it runs a hell of a lot better . Good stuff . Gonna do the carb stuff next time .
