You talking Milk Creek? I love that creek! Back in the day I used to pull big Cutts. Back when you could keep them. Early spring with a nightcrawler seemed to be all they liked. I was a kid back then, used to take the logging road right to the creek. Before they blew the bridges.
Summertime the hills get crowded, mostly drinking teenagers and campers. This makes it hard to find a spot to pull of the road and park.
There are a lot of Lifers err... campers. There are also methheads that live up there "Camping". Had a few midnight encounters when I was camping last year...
I drove out there yesterday (Thursday) and the place was packed! I looked for a parking spot and just left. I knew all the good bank spots would be filled. Drove out to Trillium and caught three trophy trout and a few 12 inchers. Well worth the drive.
