I hear that. I am working on getting a trip together to hit the "qua" as well. I have been wanting to get down there for a while now just havent had the time.
This is in the Albany area. Pretty shallow for anything with a motor unless you have a pump. There are a few jet boats that run through the area and obviously drift boats are fine.
Selmac is a great lake. I have caught bass literally everywhere in the lake, and lots of them. For the big ones focus on the grass beds, also near the dam can produce on deep diving cranks. I will be making a trip down there in the next few weeks as well. good luck down there!
ya I figured thats what you meant just figured I would clarify. I am stoked to get out on the lake and fish this year and am also excited about the river above the lake being open all year now too. should be a good year for Detroit!

from my last couple trips to Tahkenitch I have learned they will bite about anything they can get their mouths around. I caught a nice one last weekend on a wacky rigged senko on a 2/O hook. had a few following my spinner bait in and trying to get it. Good Luck
