Like I said on my post, that's how it reads to me, but I wasn't a game officer so I may be wrong on the fin thing. I know that the other part is right though and the way enforcemnet on Coho has been I just wouldn't push the non-fin clipped jack issue until you can talk to an officer on it...

I have agree with what everyone has said for the most part and I don't (will never) claim that officers are perfect. The fact is if you ask any one of us if we have broken the law to some degree... well, the answer will be yes 99% of the time. We are human. Am I jaded by my service? Yep, 110%...

I agree that there are some bad apples, but why is it that you only remember that one bad one? That's because there are so few. I know that in other parts of the country there is a problem with corrupt officers, but it's not fair to generalize cops in the whole because of the few. I can say...

LOL Well.. could of been you guys. I was fishing closer to the watch tower where the waves weren't too bad. There were some monster waves that day going over the jetty and a number of guys down there getting wet.

I'm glad you guys are ok. I was out there a couple weeks ago fishing in the same spot and watched guys dodging waves. Sometimes that little voice we hear is "common sense" telling us what we need to hear to stay safe. I listen to that little voice more than not and you might try to do the same...
