whats your favorite trailer for you jig and pig setup.i have used crawfish claws from a soft plastic crawfish and had good luck.wanted to know of any other good baits

great fishing on the crooked today.im going back tomorrow before i hit up the sportsman show,should be a good day

follow the river access road towards shear falls you will see camp sites all along the road you can stop and fish.if you go down far enough the road will turn to gravel tons of good water all along the road to fish.the access road runs up river to but will end at locked gate.if you go that way...

i use a 1/16 oz steelhead stalker float with the 1/16 oz aero jigs.the hackle jigs in the natural colors like black brown and green work great on the bulls and bows.the pinks and more vibrant colors work well on the bows but not so much the bulls.i have caught bulls with the 1/8 and 1/4 oz jigs...

on my way to that portion of the river tomorrow any one else fishing the crooked this week

heading to metolius tomorrow,got some dirty new jigs to try.1/16 oz steelhead jigs have always been good to me on the metolius looks almost like a stone fly but with more weight.the bend down from bridge 99 has been a producer for me the last two trips i will let everyone know how i do tomorrow

davis is what it is now.make the best of it and leave the bass.i dont think its in the best intrest of the lake to poison it and kill every thing in the water.let us gear guys in davis and share in the fun.

i fished the crooked at smith rock today on a whim was there for about an hour before the wind got to bad.i did manage to catch 3 whitefish.i will go back when i have more time and weather is better so i can explore.
