Willamette Lake Teacup page not loading

Does anyone know if this page is coming back up? It's very useful in helping plan fishing trips, sad to see it taken down.

I clicked on the link, to see what's it all about. But it just showed a page failure.

Ive mentioned it to the Portland corps of engineers facebook page in the past. They replied and got it fixed when this happened a year ago.
