Not an expert on brown fishing but from all the research I have done I would suggest trolling a rapala or something similar as far behind the boat as possible. When I troll I change the speed every so often and even curve my troll to the right and then the left and then the right....... It changes the action on your rods so one lure isn't doing the exact same thing as the other. And the earlier the better or the later the better. For some reason fishing isn't the same at high noon. Looked like people were trolling and jigging for kokes. We seen many jumping all around us out in the middle of the lake.
