When is midseason for winter steelhead?

Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone knows about what time of the year is "midseason" for winter steelhead? Checking a magazine i have and they say midseason is a good time to go to a area i really enjoy.

All rivers are different but I would guess that about now or very soon would be the mid-season.

It`s just startin to rev up, up there. You got time, starting now would be advantageous though. The lil rain we had did make a difference.
