What did you learn this fishing season?

I learned a lot this year, like most years. Most of my education was more river specific information. But one main thing that as effected my fishing ability is I thought my self confidence in the techniques I use.

Oh,

Learned that Alsealumaweld would call a putrid smelling carcass of a Chinook a smoker, his secret motto is "The smoker will make anything chrome again" :lol:.
