Trillium lake winter fishing

I was planing to fish Trillium lake next week. Has anyone fished Trillium lake in the winter? What kind of flies should I use?

Usually Trillium lake is frozen over by now I think... but never hiked in and fished it in the snow before..

We are planning to go up to Gov Camp this weekend to treat the kids to snow, I will see if i can pop over to Trillium and check it out. can't guarantee that i will make it all the way though.

It'll be a 2mi. hike in from Hwy26 in snow and the lake may be iced over. Better to wait.

Snowshoed around the lake plenty of times in the past winters. Never saw any free water. So unless you are bringing an auger or a chainsaw it wouldn't do much good.
