Tips or suggestions

I'm going to go here early Monday morning. I've only been once and I didn't have any luck. I saw some BIG trout so I know they are there. Here is what I have in the way off bait for the trip. Orange Powerbait, Rainbow Powerbait, Maroon Powerbait salmon eggs, Gulp fake worms, wax maggots (yum!) and a few crappy spinner lures. I don't have boat access so it will be off the bank. I don't mind a hike since the road/gate is closed. I'm a beginner/novice. I fished a lot when I was a kid and only recently took it back up. Any advice or tips would be much appreciated. Thanks!!!

I would sugest you consider fishing off the log booms. There are two. Either can put you into fish. I've had the best luck when fishing near either end and expecally under the tree cover on the south side. Fish will also lurk around and below the logs themselves. Sounds like you have the right baits.

Good luck
