Is Timothy Lake open yet...

My understanding is you can get to the lake but the campgrounds aren't open yet because of snow.

while at Harriet Lake yesterday I ran up towards Timothy, the gate was open were the road becomes gravel on the back side. I did not go any further. Saw some beautiful fish swimming around at Harriet but none were biting Lure, Fly or bait
