looking at taking a 12 foot zodiak with an 18 horse motor out in tillamook bay for crabbing, good setup or do i need more motor. yes life jackets, spare gas tank etc etc...

take all safety gear, and atleast 6 gal fuel but 18 hp is plenty in the bay..

well, i always take all the safety gear, and 2 gas tanks, half a tank out, half a tank back, with a full tank in resaerve. was mainly concerned bout the moptor being big enough. thanks
