Storing / freezing fish

Well to make a good meal you need to have a high quality fish. Part of this is how you store / freeze it.

How do you freeze your fish to make sure it's still in great shape when you are ready to cook it?

Bobbi's little friend, is my little friend too.

Fish stored in the food saver will last 9 months or better. Make sure you pat dry the meat as much as possible before you pack it. Any moisture inside the bag will frost up if you don't. It's also good if you begin freezing a little beforehand. That way any liquid will not interfere with the sealing process.

call me old fashioned, i double wrap with freezer paper and freezer tape. It will last way over 9 mos though. Brian
