Speaking of shad

Isn't it about that time of year for the shad run in the Umpqua?
This will be the first time I try to target them.
I think I have some idea as to where to fish, just need the proper time frame.

I live down here and I do believe the run will be starting in 2-4 weeks I would say. I will keep an ear out. Got several folks hankering
