When it rains some more Roger and j are up north hammering nooks with Tanners Guide Service. It was a great day to say the least!

We tagged 4 the first day, lots of chrome. Released a bunch more, pick and choose. We landed 6 the second day but didn’t tag one, couldn’t find a bright one. Still lotsa fun

Pepper and I spent Saturday at Siltcoos, too cloudy to see the eclipse but we had the lake to ourselves and I found some excellent mushrooms. Water temp was 62F and no algae bloom this year but lake still a bit low. Coho 'probably' coming in over the fish ladder and it looks like a decent storm coming in 9 or 10 days, so I'm guessing the end of October/early November is when it's going to be hot fishing at the lakes.

correct, on the left are very tasty hedgehogs and there's just a few chanterelles there also.
Nice finds! I've not had the Boletes nor the Hedgegogs. But I know about them.
