Santiam River At Waterloo Park

Just over at Waterloo Park and it was flowing pretty good , so what is a good fishing level ?
River at 4.27 on river guide site. I,m thinking any thing be low 4 ' .Hope the fish get up here soon.The Alsea will be closed at end of month

I went over yesterday and it seemed a little high to me as well. I have not fished it a ton though. I fished it a couple of summers ago and in july when the water was low and it seemed a lot more accessible then.

Ohh and about an hour fishing (from boat ramp up) and no fish. looked pretty slow.

I like the CFS to be under 4000 at least. I think 2000 to 3000 is primo.

Thanks SantianDrifter for the web sight on Stream flow , saw it a few times , but now that I,m back into fishing it will help get the wiley Steelhead !
