There's a handmade Rapala knockoff called Trophy Sticks that kills 'em on Wickiup, East, and ( so I've heard ) Paulina. I've never used one myself, for the simple reason they're very hard to find, ( AND spendy ). But I've seen the results for guys who did have them.

those trophy sticks look really good. unfortunately too expensive for me. i can barely afford to keep rapalas in my box, i like the countdown and recently the x raps.
