Haven't been there in awhile but I've heard its doing ok but the fish are darkening and the fishing is much slower than it was a month ago...

Think Earliest late November. Or come out to the coastal rivers.

The Sandy WS run timing is later since they switched to in-basin stock for the hatchery plants.
Timing resembles the native run which puts the start back to January, give or take,
