Noti Log Pond

Right across Vaughn Road from Rosboro Lumber, between Crow and Noti, is a 15+ acre pond which a member here used to post about, but hasn't since 2021. It's apparently a decent largemouth fishery. Anyone have any updates about it, particularly with regard to what protocol you have to observe with Rosboro to fish it? Thanks!
