North Fork Reservoir ... are there any bass?

North Fork Reservoir ... Are there any Bass to be caught there ? If so , Largemouth of Smallmouth ? And any size to them ? THANKS !!!

Never heard of folks fishing there for bass. Seems to be cold clear trout water, but I haven't fished there in years. Now the John Day River has a good number of bass.

Nope. Only 5 species of trout: rainbows, cutties, brookies, browns, and bulls. No bass as per Rover's comment above. Cold water does not breed bass.

NOTE: Bulls must ALWAYS be safely released. And the lake is closed for trout fishing anyway, until next spring.
