Went out for a few hours of fishing with my girlfriend yesterday evening. This was our first fishing trip together where no skunks made the ride back with us. I caught a nice, slightly schizophrenic Coho and she landed her first Oregon fish, a beautiful little cutthroat. Both on spinners. Was my first Coho of the year, and a strong buck at that. Great day on the water.

Thanks guys. Water was up a little bit, and lots of leaves were in the water too, but not bad enough to ruin it. Anatoliy-the vest is awesome, thanks again!

Nice fish! Did you keep it? You can keep one per year on the Siletz right?

Nope, didn't keep it. I'm not sure if you can keep one on the Siletz or not-I don't think so but I could be wrong. I was above the deadline (for chinook) quite a ways anyway. Was targeting steelies but those Coho are sure fun to catch too!
