I think that you yourself must be visible in the pic, and no not just your hand. the other good option is the oregonian from the day you caught the fish with the date clearly visible on the paper..

you can lift wild fish out of the water for a photo in OR. just be quick about sending them on their way. no hands in the gills ect. grab them just above the tail and support them under their pectoral fins.
Quit trying to find loopholes you can figure this stuff out
you'll need more than 4 coho to fill you and both of your parents limits!

Parents dont fish (no tags), they help me carry the fish up the hill
. Besides, if they hooked a fish, they'd probably break the pole and jump in the water... :shock:
