Hult/Horton pond question

I'm thinking about heading up there to give it a shot, but have a rules question.

A couple of the information sites say that it's a "no motors" lake; that said, the BLM page (they manage the area) doesn't mention motors at all. I was hoping to use an electric trolling motor. Does anybody know what the real deal is? And while I'm here, any recent reports would be great.

Electric motor is allowed. Good luck. If you catch anything please share with me what and how. I’ve seen people limit there on cutthroat with drys and nymphs but I am 0 for 3. Not even a bite.

Most succes I've ever seen out there is live worms on a dropshot rig, limit in under an hour.

Gotta get out there though, avoid the crowd at the dam/bathroom
