Hills Creek Reservoir this weekend

Took the family up to Hills Creek for the weekend. We fished Friday and Saturday and caught just a few 10" ish trout, so I got a bit bored and started throwing a 3/8 ounce white spinnerbait at the shoreline. Brought in a few really nice bass, which made the weekend. I didn't know there were big bass in there, what a nice surprise.

That fish you have there is really young looking, great body condition, skin in great shape, eyes small for size. Healthy!

How many yall get, just the two?

We caught about five. Three were about 1-2 pounds, two was a bit bigger, and mine was almost five.
