Have you checked the stocking schedule to see if it's stocked? You could also try googling it, a lot of info can be found that way.

no luck, with a stocking schedule? or any known fisherman thats cought a fish there? well at least sasquatch is there.

I'm sure you can find the stocking schedule on WDFW website, I know Oregon posts there's online and I'm pretty sure I've looked at Washington's before. We don't have many guys that spend too much time fishing up in Washington, it's a shame lots of great fishing to be had.
