Fishing in RAIN!!! :)

From now on it's kinda fishing in rain. This may be a good thing actually! ;)
So what do you think? Which bodies of water are the best?
Any preferred fishing techniques in rain? Any special flies? ....

The only thing I've noticed is that the dry flies don't stay dry as long! Most of the time the fish are not even aware that it's raining since 95% of their feeding is subsurface anyway. It may allow fish in lakes to feel less threatened from birds when it rains hard, like when the wind makes waves so the birds can't see them as well. This will sometimes bring them closer to the surface.

My preferred technique is to fish from my recliner on WFN!

To me, fishing in the rin means killing trout in Eugene area rivers with Mega Princes drifted right off the bottom.

Best fishing of the year in the next two months, IMO.

Thanks GDBrown and Everett464,
So which techniques? Fly fishing or spinning?

What is this "spinning" thing you refer to?

Well, Spinning reel fishing!

In my opinion Fall fishing is the very best - the rain just makes it better.

haha, ok...

I guess I meant to say, I prefer fly-fishing.

Definitely fly fishing....there is no other...:D

When its raining target cut banks and logs... the fish like to hide under them so they dont get wet..... :)
