Were you fishing in that fiasco at Dog Creek? I went out last weekend swingin flies, and caught like 10 trout but no steelies.

is dog creek at the top somewhere? I usually go to river bend and fish above the ramp or above the bend. I went to the top once and their was no space or good swing water. Maybe I looked in the wrong place.

Also got a bunch of trout to take, tried to shake most of em off. no steelies.
