Detroit - water level?

Has anyone been to Detroit recently? If so, can you please let me know if the dock at Hoover Campground is in, or out, of the water?

We're taking a large group of boys there, for Free Fishing Weekend activities. It's an annual trip, and I really enjoy watching there faces light up...when they reel in there first fish!

Got a lot of bites but nothing solid. The guys of the dock and bank were killing it. Kinda frustrating

My church rents the private Hoover group camp every fathers day weekend for the guys. Fun takin the kids
