Stopped by the Wood River Saturday afternoon. There wasn't much action, but I caught one small brown and then tied into this 17" beauty under a cutbank. Some browns just bulldog, but this one went in for lots of aerobatics. The hook stayed in until just after I got the net under the fish.
Around sunset I stopped by another stream where I've had success. Mostly just little ones rising; the biggest was this 10" redband that took an Adams.
Waiting for October fishing to really heat up.
