what is a good way to cook bass?:think:

Before I knew that largemouth bass wasn't a popular food fish I fried some flour dusted filets & thought it was excellent! Stream caught in HI. Dunno how he cooks it, but my PA buddy likes bass too.

I think Largemouth caught in our resivoirs in this area are good but not so if caught in warmer water ponds. Mix egg and milk, dip the fillets in it and then in Marie Callanders corn bread mix. Fry in oil. YUMMY!

Yeah, location matters. For example, clean water catfish can be one of the best eating fish and mud sucking kitties the worst!

I totally agree. Cats out of Lookout Point are very good. That is clean cold water.
