Colitt Underwater Fishing Camera

[Fummus]

Am planning to order one of these underwater cameras and just wanted to see if any of you fine folks (or not so fine folks, I got no stones to throw), had experience with or thoughts on them. Price is a definite consideration for me (I think the politically correct term is "financially challenged"), and these look like they could be both fun and useful. So anyway, any thoughts, experiences, recommendations, etc. would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Because I haven't considered one, I don't know what ODFW says about their use, but I have read that they are illegal to use while fishing in some states.

Hmm, good to know Tom. I hadn't even considered that, but will defiantly look into it now.

I owned a Aqua Vu for several years. It was interesting to use with a very clear picture. What I eventually found is that my fishing time was more valuable than sitting looking at a screen. Basically it just sat at home for years until last year I have it away. That's just my opinion, take it for what it's worth. :-)
