Central Oregon fishing

Going to be in Central Oregon on Tuesday for a few days and was wondering where would be a good river to get the fly rod out. I´ve fished the area a bit in the summer but never in the winter. I´m staying close to the Metolious but never had much success. I´m definitely going to the crooked on Wednesday but Tuesday is up in the air. Any reports or ideas would be helpful.

Fall river is a good choice in the winter

Fall River kicks em out all winter... get above the hatchery for better odds.

Went to the Metolious after Bulls, hooked one but he spit it out after about 30 seconds.

nice work. took me a couple tries to start catching some bull trout
