I had just lifted my first Perch of the day out the water and up to where I could take the hook out. Just as I reached for the fish an Osprey came from behind and snatched the fish right out of my hand! It got the fish and my jig came out at same time so I never lost any tackle. Of course scared the hell out of me. Lucky I didn't get knocked out the boat! After that we caught a bunch of keeper Perch and Smallmouth Bass.

I love Osprey's... I plan on that being the name of my vessel one day...lol... But yeah I think this would have scared me as well...lol... Just curious... My wife just asked if Osprey's can attack our cat??? I told her no that she has no worries, but I really do not know...LOL...

I'm sure they only eat fish. A red tail hawk will tho.
