best salmon fishing along the Oregon Coast...........where?

Where is the best salmon fishing along the Oregon Coast bays or rivers now and in a few weeks?

I can tell you the Coos River isn't it since we live here.

Sounds like Tillamook is heating up but it'll be over run with people from Portland...

I would think the coos is pretty good, I see pics from a guide pulling limits every day from there.. Not sure what his secret is though.

It was really good during the first part of September but it has cooled off. Fish are showing but seem to be sitting in warm water not wanting to bite. Any ideas to get these fish to bite if the water is too warm for them?
