Anybody caught any bluebacks on coastel streams yet?

I love ketching bluebacks. anybody have a report?

There was a member who recently posted, that he did well on the Wilson.
 
The tillmook river will REALLY turn on very soon-
 
Looked like they all got a decent push of rain in the Tilly area too. Im kinda jealous of that.
 
id say mid coast your blueback are about over with for the year. starts in july

Picked up a 21'' on a float and half a herring at the 101 bridge today, thought I had a jack for the first few seconds.

There are dozens of 101 bridges in Oregon :) Just like there are dozens of clear lakes, lost lakes, blue lakes...

Just giving you a hard time, you don't need to give up your spots.

Just shows how much I have driven in my lifetime :lol::D, Salmon R., I shouldn't have said that, nobody knows of the Salmon R ;).

Nice fish Drew. But, I'm surprised that you didn't just hop onto your long board! LOL

The searuns are in the streams. With a lack of rain, even the modest rain we had over the weekend, they've spread throughout the river systems rather than having been wadded up in a substantial run this year. Been slipping into the upper reaches one-by-one. The stragglers will probably come upstream with the coho this year.
