No idea where 'up there' may be. That said, the top end of the Rogue River is over run with winter run steelhead, and summer runs/spring Salmon are showing up 'way early.'

They must have just showed up in the last day or two because I was down there fishing with the Pavati boys a week and half ago and it was dead slow. The usual guys fishing up there started trying for early Springers it was so slow! The higher water had not brought hardly any fish up. Good to hear they are around now.
