Any action 99e near Canby

I was headed down 99e & saw the molalla river was wondering if there is some decent fishin action under the bridge there? saw a bunch of swimmers so didn't stop.

Small mouth bass right now. Springers were there in May. Steelhead will be there in a few months.

Spinners for steel small black ones. I have a friend that catches a couple a year but I am not so lucky.
